Signing up

To sign up for this service, you need to be an APS customer

Prepare both your mobile and laptop or desktop computer to sign up to myAPS

Go to on your laptop or desktop computer and click Internet Banking
Go on the New Internet Banking section, click Sign Up/Log In. On the next page click Sign Up
Download myAPS app on your mobile from Google Play or App Store
Open myAPS app. Read the End-User License Agreement and tap I accept
Step 1 Return to your desktop and click Next
Step 2 Enter the details as requested (these are not case sensitive). Click Next.

Tip  - for sign up keep an account number handy (any APS account you have) and do not forget to include the letter, without brackets, at the end of the ID Card Number - ex. 123456M

Step 3 A secure code is received via SMS on your mobile. Enter the Secure Code on your desktop and Click Next

If you are new to internet banking create a username containing at least 8 letters and/or numbers (no special characters, such as *). Take note of your username as this will be your future log in name to myAPS

If you are already an internet banking user, enter your existing username. Click Next followed by Next on the coming window

Step 5 An activation image (a square containing small coloured dots) will appear on your desktop

Go to myAPS app on your mobile. Token followed by Activate Device

Tap Allow, followed by Allow to proceed

With your mobile, scan the image on your desktop within 60 seconds, to avoid starting over. If the 60 seconds are over, re-start the sign-up process

Set a four digit PIN Number

Re-enter PIN Number. Tap Confirm. Tap Log In Now

You are now successfully activated

On your desktop close the Sign Up window

You can now start using the myAPS internet and mobile banking service
